I went with Kelly to the gym for a strength training session with our trainor, Emma. I was a little sore after I was finished so I swim for 1 mile. I felt a lot better when I was finished. I feel a better attitude is forming, a better out look. Overcoming this fear of being sick is still with .me. I push forward.
I have been juicing twice a day, beets, carrots, apples--a diet high in fruits and vegetables. I have also been eating meat every day for 5 days, protein to the max baby. my wife has been been wonderful.
